Crystal Kinzel has held the position of Clerk of Courts and Comptroller since 2018, an office responsible for over 1000 constitutional and statutory functions. She is a Certified Government Financial Manager and a Certified Florida Clerk of Court. Crystal served on the Statewide Guardianship Improvement Task Force and was recently appointed to the Executive Council of the Florida Clerks of Court Operations Corporation by Senate President Kathleen Passidomo.  She currently chairs the Bylaws Committee for the Florida Court Clerks and Comptrollers Association and serves on several statewide committees including Budget and Finance and Best Practices.
